Oat
King is rich in dietary fiber. This fiber contains Soluble and
Insoluble Fibers. One component of the Soluble Fiber found in oats is
Beta-Glucans, a Soluble Fiber which has proven effective in lowering
Total Cholesterol and LDL-Cholesterol (Bad Cholesterol) without having
any effect on HDL-Cholesterol (Good Cholesterol). Beta-Glucans also
helps in preventing the hardening of the artery in our internal organs
such as lung, liver, kidney, and the heart. A daily serving of Oat King
which is rich in Beta-Glucans can reduce Hypertension, or High Blood
Pressure, and so reduce the need for anti-hypertensive medication.
Besides this, the oat Beta-Glucans slows the rise in blood glucose
levels. Control of blood glucose and insulin levels is essential in
preventing many of the complications associated with Diabetes. The
Insoluble Fiber in Oat King does not dissolve in water. It is spongy and
absorbs many times its own weight of liquid. It makes stools heavier

Take two (2) tablespoon (40g) per day. ~Oat King can be consumed by scooping one (1) tablespoon (20g) into a glass of warm water. If you would like to have an enhanced flavour to the serving, (1) tablespoon (20g) of Oat King can be mixed with fruit juices, milk, honey, sauces, gravies, soups or salad dressings; sprinkled on cereal, cottage cheese or yogurt.
